Join Eleanor Hadley, Certified Sex Educator, as she guides you through embodied movement practices to get you out of your head and into your body followed by an interactive lap dance and striptease tutorial.

In this 2-hour workshop you'll learn the art of seduction and how to give a lap dance from an empowered place. We'll explore how to:

[2] Seduce yourself and your lover

[3] Create a sensual space

[4] Embody your femininity

[5] Confidently command the room

[6] Give a sensual empowered lap dance

[7] Master a sultry striptease

Designed for women & identities wanting to explore embodied lap dance practices

No dance or lap dance experience is required.

WHERE

Dance World Studios, 295 Bank Street, South Melbourne

Socks (ideally long ones) or soft kneepads to protect the knees. You can purchase from Rebel Sport - volleyball or dance specific ones are ideal
Yoga mat - if you do not have kneepads
Comfy clothes you can move feel sexy in. This could be leggings and a crop or something like a bodysuit, whatever works for you.
A spare pair of undies and bra to practice taking off - no nudity, this will go over your clothes
A loose button up shirt/light robe
Water bottle
