WHAT TO EXPECT — After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. We then package your order and ship it out as fast as possible. You’ll find an email with all your tracking information.
WHERE WE SHIP — We ship globally (Excluding South America, Africa, Russia & India) and offer FREE express shipping for all orders over $100 Australia wide & FREE standard shipping internationally.
AUSTRALIA — We use Express Australia Post and offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 - automatically applied at checkout. Express Post for orders under $100 at a flat rate of $15 AUD Australia wide. Please allow 1-3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL — FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 - automatically applied at checkout.
Express Shipping - $50 AUD Please allow 2-5 working days.
Standard Shipping - $30 AUD Please allow 3-10 working days.
NEW ZEALAND — FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 - automatically applied at checkout.
Express Shipping - $35 AUD Please allow 1-5 working days.
Standard Shipping - $20 AUD Please allow 3-10 working days.
Please note: Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, shipping times are dependent on the carrier’s timeframes. For any delays or issues, please feel free to notify us and we will do our best to follow up.
International note: Any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and is the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We always aim to ensure that you enjoy your products. Products may be eligible for exchange if faulty but due to the nature of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact enquire@bruxaoffical.com within 3 days of receiving for further assistance.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS — If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact enquire@bruxaoffical.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to adjust your order. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once processed.
CHANGE OF MIND & CANCELLATION OF EVENTS — If you are unable to attend an event we have a one week cancellation policy. Change of mind after one week will not be allegeable for a refund. If you have tragic circumstances arise within the one week period please contact us at enquire@bruxaoffical.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED — We will try our best to ensure your order reaches you! Please pay extra care when entering your address, ensure all information is correct as we are unable to refund or replace an order due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. However, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us at enquire@bruxaoffical.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving for further assistance.
