Cinema Erotica presents Pillion (2026) — written and directed by Harry Lighton, and produced by A24.
Based on Adam Mars-Jones’ 2020 novel Box Hill, Pillion is a sexually explicit, indie queer romantic drama that explores the charged emotional terrain of dominance, devotion, and personal awakening.
Starring Harry Melling as a timid parking enforcement officer and Alexander Skarsgård as an enigmatic, dominant biker, the film traces the evolution of an intense BDSM relationship that becomes far more than hierarchy. What begins as structure becomes intimacy. What begins as roleplay becomes revelation.
Described as a romantic dark comedy drama, Pillion is at once disarming and provocative — a study in power exchange that refuses caricature. Instead, it examines vulnerability, consent, growth, and the unexpected tenderness that can exist within control.
Guests will receive one complimentary glass of Prosecco by Jasmine Estate Wines on arrival at FOMO Cinemas, just before the screening.
Join us for pre-drinks from 7 pm at Rocket Society, then head to FOMO Cinemas for an 8:30 pm screening.
